What We Are Looking For:
A Senior Sommelier who can communicate knowledgeably and clearly an 800 bin wine list to our wine focused clientele, working within a team of 6 professional Sommeliers.
The successful Senior Sommelier will have previously needed to work in a similar role.
Sommelier qualifications are required, ideally the Diploma in Wines and Spirits from the WSET or a similar qualification with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
