Senior Sommelier
The job role of Senior Sommelier:
The SUSHISAMBA® London wine and Sake offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. We are now looking for a Senior Sommelier to oversee our Wine and Sake compliment across our European Flagship near Liverpool Street, London.
You will be the ambassador and educator for each of our guests, pairing together the most suitable wine and sake on offer whilst they dine.
Service is always at the forefront so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Our guests choose SUSHISAMBA® London for a memorable experience, and you will be part of making each experience that extra special.
The ideal candidate for Senior Sommelier:

At least 3 years as Senior Sommelier with knowledge of wine and Sake (preferably)
experience working in a fast-paced environment, similar to SUSHISAMBA®
Ability to lead a team Junior Sommeliers
Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business.
Ability to maintain and set processes and standards.
Knowledge of Sake (desirable)
