Chartwell Residential are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager. This is your chance to work for a prestigious, highly reputed, independent, Estate Agency based in the unique Putney Wharf Development.
The person we’re looking for will be well presented, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ideally being a highly motivated and well organised individual with a positive attitude looking to work hard for excellent rewards.

Must have:
• experience in a Senior Sales/ Sales Manager Role
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Well presented
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Full, clean drivers licence
• Easy commute to Putney as viewings can take place out of office hours
• Free to work some Saturdays every month
You will be tasked with taking on the existing Sales Department with a view to expanding the client base, instruction volume and training.
We offer a basic salary plus uncapped commission, ongoing training, and a bonus structure.
