Assist the Sales Manager in growing and maximising Advanced Sales, encompassing all aspects of Corporate and Pre-Booked Sales (i.e. Corporate events, guest lists, Booth bookings and all reservations)
Work to pre-determined targets for Advanced Sales as set by the Head of Sales Manager and venue Sales Manager, maximising all opportunities to achieve these.
Deputise for the Sales Manager in their absence.
Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in achieving overall sales and business targets, by developing local initiatives, contrived events and promotion of the venue.
Continually build and validate a Database of contacts with key employers, organisations and private customers.
Assist clients by offering advice and help to best accommodate their enquiry/booking.
Implement and champion Novus best practise with regards to servicing enquiries/bookings and administering them.
Assist the venue team in the production and delivery of sales plans designed around focus areas of the business.
Perform client show rounds and meet and greet clients acting as the venues representative.
Organise and execute Showcase events ensuring attendance of key customers such as Event Bookers and Corporate Clients.
Ensure smooth delivery of key Events from concept to execution.
Ensure that key marketing materials and messages are displayed prominently and in accordance with marketing guidelines in the venue, plus website / menu changes.
Plan effectively for successful delivery of the crucial Christmas and New Year’s Eve business targets.
Be creative, resourceful and provide feedback to other areas of the business such as Commercial and Operations.
