Senior Sales Executive Position – Forge Up to £23k pa including OTE (£6,500 pa)
The Venue
Forge is located in the heart of the City of London and embraces creative cocktails, a vast wine selection and of course fantastic food fresh from the grill. This elegant venue is perfect for a classy lunch, after work drink and nibbles or a fabulous dinner.
Forge Bar is part of Novus, which owns a collection of unique bars, restaurants and late-night experiences. With over 40 venues in a number of locations, the majority of which are in London's most desirable places and they are market leaders in the Bar industry.
The position of Senior Sales Executive is a crucial role for the venue focusing on proactively driving new sales and business. This role requires you to be able to deliver increased footfall and have a passion for selling with integrity and determination within a team environment.
Your duties will include the following:

Maximize Advanced Sales, encompassing all aspects of Corporate and Pre-Booked Sales (i.e. Corporate events, guest lists, table bookings and all reservations)
Work to pre-determined targets for Advanced Sales as set by the venue Sales Manager, maximising all opportunities to achieve these.
Continually build and validate a Database of contacts with key employers, organisations and private customers.
Ensure smooth delivery of key Events from concept to execution.
Plan effectively for successful delivery of the crucial Christmas and New Year’s Eve business targets.
Be creative, resourceful and provide feedback to other areas of the business.
