Daisy Chain Childcare Recruitment specialises in the supply of qualified nursery staff working within the Early Years sector. We are looking to recruit experienced consultants to supply temporary or permanent staff with private day nurseries in London. You will be joining a very friendly, dynamic team in a fast-growing company providing an exceptional service and using a professional and personable approach with clients and candidates.
An immediate need is available for an experienced recruiter to take on a ‘Hot’ Temporary Desk where a large pool of cleared candidates are available to you. With this and and a large client base already in place there is huge earning potential for someone with experience on a temporary desk.
Opportunities are also available for Consultants wanted a Permanent desk recruiting for all levels of nursery staff from Unqualified Nursery Assistants up to Area Managers. Within the team areas are split geographically by consultants so you will be given a particular area of London to recruit for and please note opportunities are available to work on a ‘warm’ desk. You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates, generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships.
This is a very fast paced demanding role that requires a forward thinker and someone who is willing to work hard to achieve personal and company targets. In return for this you will receive an excellent basic salary, a very generous non-capped commission structure as well as flexible working hours and other great benefits! You will be given full training and support from our Recruitment Director and Office Administrator.
Requirements
Proven success in recruitment with at least 2 years experience ideally in Early Years recruitment  - temporary or permanent desk.
Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success.
experience of maintaining and building upon excellent relationships with clients/candidates.
Knowledge and understanding of Early Years recruitment desirable.
Be highly organised and flexible with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple roles across disciplines and locations.
A confident and relaxed telephone manner
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build credible internal and external relationships.
