Their focus is the reputation of their staff and business, which leads them to a very large repeat business order book and goes someway to showing how they are growing so quickly.The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the financial performance of projects and will be responsible for the management of junior colleagues. Accountable for the financial performance of the project, you, the Quantity Surveyor, will be responsible for reporting, interim payments, contractual clauses, RFI, valuations and variations. Being a Quantity Surveyor, you will also be comfortable assisting in the tendering process and be used to taking the project from inception through to final account. You will also be used to pre tender documentation and attending pre start meetings You will be used to setting up and maintaining systems and will be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions when needed, which you are prepared to stick to.
