Project Manager needed for High End Residential Design and Build company based in West London. We are a fast growing Design and Build company, carrying out residential works for clients throughout London.
We are looking for recruit a experienced, professional and driven Project Manager to oversee projects from start to completion and act as the first point of contact for our clients.
This position will play a vital role in our business, and so suitable candidates will need to be; highly motivated, well organised and a good communicators, with the confidence and experience to be able to meet clients in their homes. You should have sound experience and knowledge of residential construction and managing projects with typical range being from 200K to £2m.
Highly organised and effective communicator
Liaising with Site Teams and Client
Must have experience of working on similar projects (extensions, basements and full house refurbishments with high end architectural finishing).
Up to date knowledge and understanding of building regs and H and S
Must have at least 4 years experience of running multiple residential refurbishment projects. Must be private refurbishments and not commercial works.
