Senior Product Manager
Central London
£90000 - £125000 per annum
Responsible for product ownership from R and D through to delivery ensuring efficient, effective and fit for purpose product improvements and developments, with a clear product strategy and plan for backlog for product.
Work in Partnership with Delivery Lead to build commercially focused product strategy and requirements definitions to meet contractual timelines
Work with Delivery Lead to:
* Transition existing clients to new platform
* Implementation new clients to new platform
* Consider governance and compliance requirements in planning
* Translate ideas, concepts and plans into both technical and laymans terms.
* Work collaboratively with communications and marketing to ensure clear messaging about platform
which meets country commercial requirements
* Support the development of business and investment cases for the new platform
* Coach and Develop colleagues and team members
* Outstanding analytical and decision making skills, communication skills, relationship-building skills and influencing skills
Knowledge, Skills, experience:
Experienced, high energy and commercial, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with senior stakeholders across geographies in a matrix environment.
A senior product owner with a strong track record of delivery of system implementations across multiple geographies
Outstanding commercial focus and ability to influence commercial teams, including successful negotiations
Track record of successfully managing system implementations
Positive and solution focused with a personal drive to achieve significant change in relatively short periods of time, and able to motivate teams to focus and deliver on priorities
Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of managing within a multi-country matrix environment. Flexible, influential style, and ability to appropriately challenge senior stakeholders
Clear and compelling communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
