Salary: £33,000 basic plus paid OT (package of £40k pa)
Working Hrs: 5 Days (48 hr contract)

Reputed for its highly-personalised / tailored services and inspiring, innovative food design approach (finest UK and International produce sourced).
Central London based offices and production development kitchen operation (£3 + m turnover).
Role Description
Working closely with the Director, Head chef and with the support of a passionate / dedicated team
Based 5 days in the central production kitchen – prepping with premium ingredients for day and evening events (HNW clientele / private residences and exclusive venues)
Supporting the Head chef in menu development (designing all pastry menus); kitchen management; product sourcing and supplier relations; stock management; team direction and training; tastings; client meetings; budgeting and cost control; kitchen admin and compliance (due diligence)
Working events (customer facing), cooking and logistics
Desired Attributes
Senior Pastry chef experience gained within a comparable (exclusive) Events catering or Food production business alongside mixed experience (Michelin / Rosette / hotel and banqueting).
Essential: highly self-motivated; wide knowledge of current food trends; highly creative and attention to detail; strong technical expertise.
Salary and Benefits
Start salary: £33,000 basic pa and bonus and paid overtime (up to £40,000 package)
5 Days and evening events (business-dependent / paid overtime)
Permanent full time (48 hrs pwk) contract subject to standard probationary period
