Senior Pastry Chef- French Michelin Restaurant- 45 hrs pw- London GBP32.5k + Service Charge Our client is an award winning restaurant in London that specialises in regional French cuisine from the SW of France They are looking for a skilled pastry chef currently at senior level and with previous stable experience working in Michelin or 3AA Rosette restaurants and with knowledge of the French classics combined with modern techniques You will be working Tuesday to Saturday and it will be 45 hours per week. They are also closed over Christmas until the 8th January The Pastry Chef will need to highly reliable and self motivated as you will work on the section alone during your shift Basic salary is negotiable for the right candidate and service charge is on top of the salary.
