My client a one of a kind fusion restaurant based in an iconic location in central London is on the lookout for a senior Pastry Chef de Partie to assist the Head Pastry section in this restaurant which operates at a good 2 AA Rosette standard.
This popular restaurant which has already made a great name for itself in its first few years is looking for a Senior Pastry Chef who is comfortable working up to 2/3 AA Rosette standard with a menu that is influenced with a fusion of different cuisines.
Cuisine is a unique fusion of Japanese and South American and the menu is modern and impressive. The Head Pastry Chef who is looking for a strong Pastry CdP who has sufficient experience and confidence to deputise over the junior Pastry brigade members with a view to developing into Sous over time.
An immediate start is available for the successful candidate!
The salary for the role will be up to £32,000 but salary is dependent on the candidate’s experience.
