The right candidate will have the following:
Minimum two years Lettings experience in a Lettings Negotiator role.
Customer focused, articulate, well presented and organised
Build strong relationships and rapport with clients
Highly motivated and targeted oriented
Strong attention to detail and Excellent administration skills
Happy to work the hours for the rewards
Training and motivating a small team of negotiators
Aiming towards a management role.
A full, clean, UK Driver Licence
