Senior Lettings Negotiator
We are currently looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Lettings Team in Crouch End, North London.
Duties
Arranging viewing and attending viewings
Providing a high level of customer service to clients.
Sourcing business and seeing through to completion.
Establishing and maintaining client and applicant relationships.
Promoting the company brand professionally and effectively.
Working autonomously and as part of a team.
Canvassing in the local area to develop leads.
Person Specification
Exceptional sales skills
Reliable and honest with good communications skills.
Good telephone manner
Well-presented and dressed smartly at all times.
Tenacious and self-motivated
Ability to develop good relationships with clients.
Well-organised, punctual, thorough and with good attention to detail.
Has a can-do" approach and able to work at pace.
Essential Criteria
A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role.
