The role
Senior Landscape Foreman is a new position within the company. This role requires an experienced and passionate landscaper to lead and develop our landscape teams on site. You will be responsible for liaising with other foreman and the operations manager to ensure projects run efficiently and work is delivered to a consistently high standard with health and safety being implemented and monitored at all times.
You will be responsible for helping to deliver time sensitive projects including high profile commercial installations and show gardens/pop ups including RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Previous show garden experience is preferred but not essential. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and site management skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations.

Job requirements

UK Driving license essential
Right to live and work in the UK
Excellent level of spoken and written English.
Previous experience 6 years + in the following:
Paving, Decking, General carpentry, Artificial grass installation, Irrigation, Turfing, Fencing.
You should have the ability to manage a site and communicate effectively with our clients, the operations team and designers.
You must also be able to supervise, train and motivate your team of skilled landscapers, landscape assistants and apprentices.

The reward
All our job opportunities are full time, permanent positions.
Excellent salary based on skills and experience. £33k-36k + bonus.
Benefits include 28 day’s holiday rising to 33 days (1 additional day per year up to 5 years service)
