FHG are working with an established contract caterer to recruit a Senior Head Chef for a prestigious group of sites across London.
The Senior Head Chef will work very closely with the Group Executive Chef to oversee the running of 4 large visitor attraction sites. Each site in itself has several offers and varies from commercial restaurants to events to coffee pods/bars with kitchen teams of up to 30.
The Senior Head Chef will work across all the sites to ensure that food standards are met and that all specifications and guidelines are followed including health and safety, recipe specifications and allergens and staff training and development.
The Senior Head Chef should be a natural leader with the ability to inspire a team and command respect.
We are looking for an experienced senior chef comfortable working to large volumes and managing large brigades. A chef with a positive can do attitude and the ability to take the lead and use their initiative.
Salary: circa £37k
Hours: 5/7
