We are excited about our growth plans- we currently have five sites, with another two on the way….and we are on the hunt for someone to lead the team in our flagship food venue and support the executive chef with developing and training the next generation of Livelyhood Chefs, to ensure our continued success.

Who are You?
If you're already liking the sound of us, you're already our kind of person. Throw in your passion for consistent and flavoursome pub food, a natural ability to train your team, proven Head Chef experience in a £10k + weekly sales kitchen operation, clear communication skills, good organisational skills, high kitchen standards, strong work ethic and your in-depth knowledge of H and S and HACCP and you'll have us at hello!
You'll enjoy working closely with our Executive Chef, site managers and front of house teams, sharing your knowledge and experience. You will help create seasonal menu items from the best ingredients (no additives or preservatives in our kitchens!).
 
Key responsibilities: 
Support the Executive Chef to recruit and train kitchen members.
Run the flagship kitchen and on job training house for the company.
Input into the new menu changes and all associated work (costings / allergens/ cook off’s).
Manage daily food ordering, production, and service - always achieving our high standards. 
Cook great, tasty and consistent food so that our customers will keep coming back for more.
Comply with our food standards and guidelines. 
Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures (stock control, temperature checks, HACCP’s etc.) 
Supplier ordering and maintaining correct stock levels
