This independent restaurant group based in Brighton which has had much acclaim with The Coal Shed and The Salt Room is opening its third restaurant at this new development at iconic One Tower Bridge, London, in October.

Key responsibilities and duties
1)Taking customer orders and processing through the till. Ensuring all guests are served in a timely manner.
2)Dealing with customer enquiries and passing complaints on to the manager on duty
3)Attending all food and beverage training sessions to maintain a high level of knowledge on our product. Advising guests on orders.
4)Working within health and safety and food hygiene regulations as out lined by the Food Alert agency.
5)Being proactive in delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills
1)Excellent communication and personal presentation
2)A real passion for the industry and a willingness to learn more about food and beverages
3)A team player who is able to work within a large team.
4)Being able to work under pressure and manage a section of up to 20 covers at a time.
