Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £62,000 per annum.
Peabody and Family Mosaic have merged, creating a new housing association providing 55,000 homes to 111,000 people across London and the South East. Our combined scale and strong focus on London will uniquely position us to revolutionise housing delivery and redefine best practice – and you will be central to making it happen.

The Delivery team will work on a programme expanding to over 2000 homes p.a. Encompassing key work areas as Peabody led contracts, S106 schemes, Joint venture partnerships, regeneration infill sites and Care and Support.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Development Manager to assist the new formed organisation to ensure that policies and services enable successful delivery of the new organisation’s vision and objectives.
Knowledge, experience and Skills required by the ideal Senior Development Manager:
- Previous experience in managing a large construction programme of new mixed tenure developments.
- Understanding of construction contracts and EU procurement including working in Joint Venture
- Ability to motivate
- Excellent connections within the housebuilding and contracting sectors
- An understanding of the Housing Association sector would be preferred but not essential
Qualifications required by the ideal Senior Development Manager: 
- None considered essential although professional qualification such as RICS, MCIOB are desirable.
