RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE: Logistics/Waste Site ManagersFINANCIAL RESPONSIBILTY: The ability to understand and interrogate pricing schedules Contracts Manager Responsibilities and Duties : Overseeing and management of the company portfolio of logistics packages Managing supply chain and clients Budget and cost analysis Manage company health, safety and environmental standards Planning and programming of construction logistics packages Manage the successful delivery of a logistics package Implementation and managing of the company systems and enforce compliance Maintaining client relationships Reporting on all elements of operations Contracts Manager Essential Requirements :A proven track record in construction management Professional with the ability to lead by example High level of IT skills Excellent communication skills experience in developing and implementing site traffic management, fire and escape plans experience in health, safety and environmental management Working as part of a team Current Full Driving License Passion/can do attitude/constructive challenge.
