Barrio Bars is a growing, dynamic group of Latin inspired cocktail bars offering a warm welcome, fresh, tasty street food and party starting music in vibrant, exciting surroundings.
We are looking for passionate, and ambitious senior cocktail bartenders to join our team. What we need from you:

Ideally 3 years or more experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar faced paced environment.
A LOVE of cocktails, and for delivering fantastic customer service.
Skills to train other bartenders
Creativity and input to new menu development.
You're a positive person, who likes working as part of a team.
You can keep calm, and smiling in a sometimes crazy environment.
You must be legally able to work in the UK, and over 18 years of age.

What we can offer you as a cocktail bartender:

Full time available (minimum 40 hours per week)
Up to £11 per hour including service charge, + tips on top.
Staff food on every shift
Quarterly staff parties and annual trip (last year we went to Lisbon) for best performers.
Opportunity to become a Trainee Manager after 6 months.
Referral fee every time you introduce a friend to the Barrio Familia and they pass their probation.
