Sous chef required for a French bar / Restaurant in London, serving modern style french dishes within the bar. They use great french produce. This is a ideal role for a senior chef de partie or junior sous chef looking to step upto sous chef level.
The role
we are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, you will manage the kitchen when the head chef is not around. You will ensure everything is running smooth. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
