Senior Chef de Partie for in Busy Gastropub

Talented (Senior) Chef de Partie required for busy award winning gastropub, The Prince Regent in Herne Hill.
All of our food is made fresh, on a daily basis, from locally sourced ingredients, where possible. We use meat sourced directly from Smithfield and fish, hand picked from Billingsgate. Every thing we serve is lovingly made from scratch, on the premises.
Min 3 years experience of good cooking and management, with the ability to think on your feet and interact within a team. You will need to be strong on the stoves and confident on the pass. A chef with passion, and a desire to further already flourishing career. Perfect command of English and eligibility to work essential.
The job entails.
*8 shifts per week and normally 2 consecutive days off
*Between 35 and 45 hours per week
*Rate per hour negotiable dependant on skills / experience
*Salary up to £22k
*Annual paid holiday entitlement.
