We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at London House.
London House is located in the thriving Battersea Square of South London, serving modern European dishes using fresh, seasonal produce sourced locally as well as from small-farm suppliers and artisan produce. In addition, London House includes a destination cocktail bar serving classic and also inventive cocktails with a London influence, served in a relaxed theatre-style bar.
As a Senior Chef de Partie you will be expected to run a section taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section ensuring consistent presentation and customer satisfaction.
We are ideally looking for candidates who are:
Experienced as a Chef de Partie
Currently working in quality restaurants
Passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment
Able to work effectively as part of a team
