We are an independent restaurant group, building a portfolio of successful local London restaurants. We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in our West Kensington restaurant, The Bird in Hand
Our menu follows a Mediterranean influence using quality ingredients for simple, rustic dishes, delicious pizzas and Cicchetti.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and can handle themselves and their responsibilities under pressure. The ideal candidate must show passion, skill, personality and enthusiasm, share our dynamic approach, work ethic and demonstrate a genuine natural ability to cook.
Appropriate experience is required and knowledge of traditional Italian or Mediterranean cooking is an asset though not essential.
Being organised and reliable are two attributes we are looking for in the candidate chosen to be part of this small and hard-working team.
We need all candidates applying to be able to communicate well in English.

-7 shift pattern split with 2 days off
