The Bull and Gate is a busy pub in the heart of Kentish Town serving a fresh, seasonal, British menu.
We are looking for a Senior CDP to join our great team.

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting all our food dishes to the expected standard of presentation and food hygiene regulations at all times. You will demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of our food strategy through delivery of freshly cooked, British seasonal dishes and pub classics. You will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the development, implementation and review of the menu throughout the year. You will also adhere to licensing, food safety and health and safety legislation ensuring our pubs are safe for team and customers alike.
