Senior Chef De Partie Required

Full time Senior Chef De Partie wanted at popular French Bistro.
EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF!
We want happy and productive chefs so we give our chefs a regular shift pattern that includes one weekend off every two weeks.
At Blanchette Soho we specialise in French Style dining and our concept is built on smaller sharing plates - think Frog Legs, Charcuterie, Braised Lamb and Confit Duck Leg.
The role requires that you are willing to learn all sections of the kitchen and that you are team player who will keep a professional working relationship with all members of staff. We are looking for someone with commitment, a can do attitude, passion for food and who is willing to work hard. Some previous experience would be beneficial but not essential.
We use a variety of traditional and modern cooking techniques, which will help you develop your skills. We offer a competitive salary, 42 paid holiday shifts a year and discounts at the Blanchette restaurants, staff meals and uniform on duty. As we are an expanding company, there will always be possibilities to grow within it.
