An amazing opportunity has come up for a Senior Chef De Partie in our busy fresh food concept in Streatham Hill SW16.

We are looking for an experienced CDP to join our team in Exhibit Bars Ltd. Exhibit B is a brand new bar and event space with lots of different things going on. No two days are ever the same!

You will be a strong team player, with high volume fresh food experience, confident on running the kitchen under the executive chef, be able to take control of the pass, organise and run kitchen service, take charge of orders, control stock and deliver the budgeted General Practitioner.

You will be responsible for all aspects of food safety, health and safety, and due diligence, as well as training CDPs and Commis working with you.

As an independent venue, you will also have input into menu creation with the executive head chef.
