Creative Senior Chef de Partie needed in a busy french Bistro.
Traditional French menu with our little twist.
We use only seasonal ingredients and change the menu at least 4 times a year.
The candidate will assist in the day to day running of the kitchen and manage the cold section from starters to desserts.
He or She will have to be inventive and create weekly specials.
The ideal candidate will be someone with really good background in French cuisine.
Requirements
*Minimum 3 years experience in a busy kitchen cooking fresh, seasonal food and french dishes
*Excellent preparation and organisational skills for your own section
*Good pastry knowledge
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in French restaurants, a determination to learn and the ambition to progress.

The salary for the position start at £11 per hour + tips, 28 days paid holidays (including Xmas and New year, 3 weeks summer time )
Fluent spoken English is essential and you will need to have proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK.
