Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 pa + Paid OT
Working Hrs: 45 hrs / 5 Days / 5.30am to 2pm

approximately. 80 to 120 breakfast covers per day and exclusive hire and private parties

Role Description
Breakfast team of 5 chefs (3 chefs on duty), Responsibilities as follows:
Overseeing the daily fresh food prep and production for busy breakfast service; team supervision and delegation of tasks; expediting checks to order
Ensuring delivery of unrivalled 5* quality and service standards, organising and supervising junior team members
Daily stock control, food orders, food wastage control, daily H and S checks and records, cleaning rosters, shift handover reports
Desired Attributes
A confident, standards orientated Senior Breakfast Chef with experience gained within 5* / 4* Hotel operations, ideally in London.
Good leadership, communication and organisation skills coupled with good initiative and attention to detail.
Keen to work hard, team spirited, reliable.
Salary and Benefits
£28,000 to £29,000 package pa (basic + tronc package) + Paid Overtime
Permanent full time contract subject to standard 3-month probationary period with regular performance-related salary reviews; in-house development; courses as required; 28 days paid annual leave; workplace pension option; FAM trips and team excursions; group / staff discounts; Cycle to Work scheme; well-structured professional working environment; laundered uniform and meals on duty
Working Hours: 45 hrs over 5 days (5.30am to 2pm)
