Friends of Ours in Hoxton are looking to hire a Senior Barista. The right person will have over 2 years experience of specialty coffee and a good knowledge of the London scene.  You'll be joining a fun and energetic team who all share a passion for food, coffee and great service.
Our coffee menu has all the usual drinks, as well as a choice of 2 rotating filter coffees (one from Dark Arts, and another from a guest roaster).  We Brew coffee on our gravimetric VA388 Black Eagle, Bunn Smart Wave, as well as V60 and Aeropress.
This Summer we'll be looking to serve up our own Cold Brew, Iced Teas and Cocktails, to partner our delicious brunch menu.  Our Cafe is based on those much loved Brunch Cafes of Melbourne and Sydney. The holy Trinity of coffee, food and service is what we live for!
Ideal candidates and experience :
• 2 Years + experience in specialty coffee.
• Energetic and friendly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for hospitality!
• Able to work weekends
