TRADE is an award-winning coffee shop in Spitalfields, near Shoreditch.
We are looking for an experienced and talented barista to join our passionate and friendly team.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with espresso theory, Brew ratios and be confident in dialling in the grinders each morning. Able to serve consistently excellent espressos under pressure and have good milk texturing and latte art.
They will also have a great personality, customer service, and be a great team player. The company has plans for imminent expansion and this role would suit somebody looking to grow into a management role within a very high quality independent company.
For the right candidate we will offer a very competitive salary. The shop is open 7.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Saturday /Sun.
