We are looking for a Senior Baker and a Bakery Supervisor, both with lots of experience and skill, and a baker that has some experience but wants to grow their skill set further. The main purpose of these positions is to produce bread products to meet customer orders, complying with all standard operational requirements and minimising wastage. The supervisor will be able to lead a shift and team to complete all tasks required within the shift. The Senior Baker will be skilled in mixing and oven work.
The ideal candidate should:
• Have 3 years' experience as a baker
• Be able to work to a high standard with skills in shaping, mixing and using ovens
• Have good organisational skills
• Be a team player
• Have a can do attitude
• Be punctual and hard-working
• Be willing to learn
• Be able to communicate effectively in English

The position is for 45 hours per week, split into 5 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
