Senior Associate - Corporate Private Equity

£140000 - £220000 per annum + pa
We have a new opportunity for a Senior Associate with 5 to 9 years PQE to work on high-cap PE deals. Our client is a top Tier US law firm in London with a high growth corporate practice in the Private Equity Space.
The focus of the practice is private equity and private investment which includes; Family Office (up to £20bn), traditional types of funds, multi asset funds and mainstream mid-market buy-out funds. There is some mainstream corporate work but this is limited.
You will work consistently with client teams and they match experience requirements with partners and workflow. You will be working with five partners and you will get a huge variety in the exposure to different clients and deal size. This firm is not typically "US" in its approach as they do genuinely give their team member a decent work life balance.
This firm pay very well, close to top of market. They are looking to speak with lawyers with a UK / US / HK / or equivalent qualification, ideally you will have private equity and large scale transactions experience although mid-Tier transaction experience is welcome.
