Family Mosaic has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator - Care and Supported Housing, to join the team based in London. You will work on a full time, permanent basis, and will be offered a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum.
Family Mosaic is a housing association with over 25,000 homes housing over 45,000 people and is one of the largest housing providers in London, Essex and the South East of England. We also provide care and support services to over 8,000 people; in addition to offering specialist housing for people with support needs and social housing for general needs tenants.
The Senior Administrator will manage a small administrative team to deliver high quality and effective administrative support service to London care and support services.
The Senior Administrator key responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of administrators, providing regular supervision and annual appraisals.
- Develop and implement clear policies and procedures for the admin team that support consistent and effective administration.
- Oversee the effective application of core administrative duties including handyperson scheduling, equipment ordering, meeting scheduling, minute taking, contract administration, sickness absence reporting, archiving, business calendar management and KPI management.

The ideal Senior Administrator will have the below skills and experience:

- 5 GCSCE’s including English and Maths at Grade E or above.
- 3 A levels
- A relevant professional qualification
- experience of managing staff
- Ability to work as part of a team and build and maintain effective and supportive relationships with peers and partners.
