We are seeking a one to one for a 3.5 year old for his nursery. His speech and language and social communication is delayed, and he can get aggressive when tired or frustrated. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children with speech and language delays, know when to step in to help the boy and when to allow him space to foster independence.
The role is Monday-Friday, for mornings at his nursery in Kensington and Chelsea, parents are deciding between 2 nurseries. Pay determined by experience and training.
The boy works best with people who are flexible and can motivate him.
Candidates shall:
Have the right to work in the UK
Have a clear DBS
Have experience working with children with additional needs especially speech and language delays
Be a team player
