Full Time Lettings Negotiator Vacancy
A great opportunity for an enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Lettings Negotiator to work for a well established estate agency based in Docklands.
The Ideal candidate will need to have a good knowledge of the local area Docklands and previous experience in this industry. You will be required to arrange viewings on properties, conduct viewings and canvass over the phone and face to face.
We are looking for someone with energy, drive and dedication. A generous commission structure is in place to ensure you are rewarded accordingly for the effort you put in. Excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career, with potential for growth, self development and great income.
Requirements:
 Must be target driven
 Must be able to conduct own admin duties
 Must have a clean full UK driving license
 Must be able to win instructions
 Must be able to market a property and generate interest for it
 Must be able to generate business and not wait for it
 Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
 Must have excellent time management skills and impeccable punctuality
 Must be serious about this industry and looking for a long-term position
