This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established maintenance company working within the social housing sector on pre-planned and reactive maintenance works. We are currently experiencing rapid growth across all our contracts and we are recruiting self-employed Maintenance Operatives of all trades to work on voids properties in South-West London area.
What we require:
- Maintenance Operatives of all trades such as carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, safety flooring (polysafe), electric and plumbing.
- Self-employment status with UTR number
- You will have to have your own tools and a valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle, if possible
- Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills.
What we offer:
- Starting Salary from £100/day depending on experience, regular increases based on performance
- If you do not have you own vehicle, we will provide a van with fuel card,
