DMC Homes London Ltd are specialised in extensions, Loft conversions and refurbishment and renovations for residential customers.
Due to expansion we are looking for Multi Trade Skilled Workers on a full time subcontractor basis.
Preferably from carpentry background but can turn hand to Plastering, Brick Laying and other trades etc.
Good day rates but negotiable dependent on experience and opportunity for overtime/weekend work.
Ideally applicants should have the following;
• Fluent English
• CSCS Card
• NI and UTR Number
• A full clean driving license
• A van (not essential but desirable)
• A set of tools (not essential but desirable)
We are driven by quality of service and finish therefore looking for people with a high standard of work, excellent customer service skills and communicators.
For candidates who have the ability to work on own initiative, source materials if required and be able to solve problems quickly and resourcefully.
