We are seeking a Head Chef at our high volume, independent central London bar/restaurant. We operate a full lunch menu, weekend brunches and evening sharing concept.
A passion for fresh British ingredients, high standards and creativity are a must.
It is essential you have experience with the following:
• Team leading
• Menu building
• Health and safety regulations
• Modern British cuisine
• Stock control
• Ordering
• Wage management
As a busy Oxford circus location we need someone who is calm under pressure, highly motivated and is always consistent in food output.
You will oversee an established team so good communication, team management and organizational skills are also very important.
Salary is competitive and negotiable; skill and experience dependent.
