Seeking full time support worker for a supported living home taking care of and supporting individuals with mental health issues.  Key roles and responsibilities include key working and care planning, escorting duties , administering medication, personal care, some cooking and kitchen responsibilities and general daily tasks to help to meet the service users needs, updating notes and a variety of other documentation.
Training will be offered  to the successful applicant. Applicants will undergo the relevant DBS checks prior to commencing employment.
