We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at our high volume, independent central London bar/restaurant. This position is ideally suited to someone looking to progress to a Head Chef position.
We operate a full lunch menu, weekend brunches and evening sharing concept serving modern British cuisine.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Head Chef and will share a number of responsibilities. As such, excellent organizational skills, good communication and an ability to work independently are vital. You should have a passion for fresh British ingredients and consistently maintain high standards.

Stock control
