This is an attractive earning opportunity for a mature student seeking a stable income or a worker with morning commitment, seeking a 2nd stable income. This role requires 1-year minimum commitment. In exchange, the family offer a welcoming, friendly home environment with an attractive hourly rate.
Children: 2 boys ages 13 and 10 years.
Location: SE26, Sydenham.
Salary: £12 PER HOUR
Start date: week commencing: 19th or 26th March.
Days/hours: Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 7.30pm for 2 weeks and then Monday to Friday (excluding Thursday) for 1 week.
School holidays: 3 full-days.
Details: The parents live separately, with dad living very close and they co-parent. The boys attend local schools and enjoy a range of sports. They are sociable, independent with good sense of humour. The boys have a rabbit kept in a Hutch.
Duties:  Collect the younger boy from school via short drive. The family provide a manual car. Take to activities (Tuesday football club). The older boy makes his own way home and the Nanny needs to keep contact with him. Support the younger child with reading and basic homework, making it fun. When time permits, entertain with games and arts. Prepare a basic healthy meal. Domestic duties related to the boys and keeping all used areas clean.
Requirements:
§  experience working with school ages – checkable references.
§  Fluent English if not native.
