Duty Team Leader job description:
To manage the day to day operational requirements of the contract in line with customer and contractual expectations by leading the site Fire and Security team and providing support to the OPS Manager.
• Permanently based in Canary Wharf, 42 hours average per week, £14.35PH
• Relevant experience post qualification at management level
• Ideally have experience in Management
• Able to manage and prioritise workload including managing the priority of jobs if they are of a H and S nature or are causing disruption to trading
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills
• A good general education with a relevant qualification aligned to Management, and a demonstrable record of continuous personal development within the industry
• Proven experience of Management to include experience of strong client orientated contracts and excellent all round knowledge in a prestigious environment, with demonstrable success in a similar service environment and capable of delivering contractual compliance in line with contract requirements
• Ability to quickly build credible relationships with a management team and clients, and challenge when necessary. Sound management and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work on own initiative and to drive improvement and change as necessary
• Performance driven with proven commercial/financial awareness. Problem solving and decision making. Coaching and people management
• PC literate with Excel and Word skills
