Reycoat Lumleys’ regular client is currently looking to hire a Security Recruitment Coordinator to join their company on full-time basis.
The Security Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment of staff in the Security Department, including Estate Control Centre and all security promotional boards.
The ideal candidate can expect:
Salary: £30,000 - £35, 000 per annum
Hours/ Days: Monday to Friday
Main responsibilities include:
To lead on the organisation, design and delivery of Security Officer and Control room officer assessments.
To provide recruitment support
Conducting interviews
Attend job fairs
Advertise vacancies, internally, externally- with aim to source a diverse pool of candidates.
Liaise with recruitment agencies
The ideal candidate will:
Possess a Certificate in Personnel and Development Level 5 or above (CIPD)
Have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within Security/ Military/ Police or other similar industry.
Have a knowledge of employment law and legislation considerations and the ability to advise on best practice during the recruitment process.
Have strong interpersonal skills
Be a team player, flexible, organised and diplomatic.
