DAY TO DAY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:You will be monitoring the welfare of personnel across our portfolio of sites Dispatching our response officers to deal with alarm activations Liaising with our clients via email/telephone Generating systems reports.You will be responsible for ensuring all shifts are fully manned Maintaining a pool of relief staff to cover sickness and holidays. Call and query handling Understanding and monitoring the security vetting processes in line with BS:7858, as part of the on boarding process. Successfully source, interview and forward new operatives across the portfolio as required. MUST HAVES:Security Control Room experience IDEALLY:SIA Licence preferred although training can be given to achieve these qualifications Possess a minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar environment although not essential OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:Candidates should have the ability to carry out multiple tasks whilst managing incoming calls efficiently and effectively in a professional manner.Be a fast learner with the ability to pick up various computer systems quickly Have good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle calls from a diverse group of clients and to quickly provide support and assistanceBe reliable, flexible, organised and have good time management Have a strong work ethic Ability to work on your own as well as a team Ability to complete weekly and monthly KPI reports via the MS Office systemsWHATS ON OFFER: The role is offering a competitive salary dependant on experience and background of between £28,000K to £30,000K, other aspects of the role to note:Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 7:00PM per day Harrow basedX21 days annual leave plus bank holidays Healthcare and Pension Schemes available Additional overtime will be paid Additional benefits and incentives.
