Security Guard – Door Supervisor in West End London
Due to the ongoing success of Interr Security we are currently recruiting for dedicated Door Supervisors to work at our high profile client’s sites across West End London Central area.
Your role
To provide welcoming customer focused service to ensure the venue is one that is safe and enjoyable to visit. The role will cover a wide range of activities which include but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
• To work with a diverse team of Door Supervisors and ensure that correct procedures are followed at all times
• To defuse any situations before they become an incident by using effective conflict management skills
• Checking IDs to prevent Minors from entering the premises
• Monitoring and patrolling within the venue which would include Health and Safety checks
• Serve as liaison between the venue and local law enforcement officers
• Any report writing as required and to make any recommendations of any areas of improvement

Requirements:
• A valid Door Supervisor SIA licence
• Previous door supervision experience
• Able to work shift pattern, late start and late finishes; including weekends
• Well presented and self-motivated
