Our aim is to create a world class experience for our clients in a safe and secure environment.We're looking to recruit a Security Manager to take responsibility for full operational management of the Security Team.  As Security Manager the successful candidate will manage a large scale multifunctional team.  The role will involve developing and delivering our service model in line with our strategic organizational objectives to become an "Employer of choice".The successful candidate will have the ability to act decisively and remain calm under pressure whilst giving clear guidance and leadership to the members of their team.In addition the candidate should have a proven strong track record in management of security provision within the retail, facilities and leisure or hospitality sectors. Candidates should also have demonstrable experience of good fiscal control to maximize the operational effectiveness.   In addition the Security Manager will be able to build strong working relationships with external agencies and stakeholders. What Skills and qualifications will you have?It will be a requirement of the role that the successful candidate obtains an SIA licence within 12 weeks of commencement of the post.In addition, you should be able to demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to build, inspire and motivate a large team.
