Description:- Man access control- Sign visitors in and out- Monitor and operate CCTV system- Answer telephone calls in the Gate house and Radio base station- Issue keys, keep sing in/out log up to date-Carry out lock up/unlock procedures- Carry out site patrols and check specific points as instructed by the client- Detect and prevent fire, flood, damage and theft- Assist in evacuation case- Complete daily reports- Comply with Health and Safety Regulations- Car Parking when required- Receive deliveries Required skills:- Sharp eye for detail- Passion for delivering outstanding service- Excellent communication skills- Good knowledge of IT / Office /Excel and Word- Able to cope with pressure- Able to multi task and still deliver a top quality service- Driving Licence- Able to work under a full confidentiality agreement.- SIA Licence.
