Due to expansion of business, Defence Security Solutions is currently hiring full-time and part-time professional security door supervisor and Head Doorman to work evening, Friday Saturday and some Sundays in Stratford and London areas.

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK
2 Year minimum experience
5 Year traceable history
Pay role or self employer
Excellent spoken English
Very smart appearance
Highly dependable and punctual
Client focused attitude (Customer Service)
Valid SIA Door Supervisor

Ability to work with high value clients and V.I.P. To be able to represent luxury brands and venues. The ability to deal with situations diplomatically, with polite firmness.  Your responsibilities will involve supervising customer arrivals, carrying out identification checks, screening and searching individuals, controlling entry and exit routes, crowd control and customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.

As a Head Door Supervisor you will be an essential part of the venue safety team, maintaining order, customer care and safety.
